Trump & Epstein: One Hell of a Connection

 Saturday, October 24th, 2020

My Dear America:

I swear that I really didn't want to bring this up.  It was too disgusting.  It was too disturbing.  It was just too much.  I didn't want to discuss the depravity of the sitting President Of The United States.  Although I hate to bring this up, I have to.  I was waiting for someone else to do it in the mainstream media and inexplicably it never happened.  I don't consider myself to be a representative of the mainstream media but I consider myself to be a responsible person.  Although this matter has been covered on some other backstream Media outlets the Trump-Epstein connection has rarely seen the light of day in most media outlets.

Why am I jumping into this cesspool.  Well, mainly because I think someone fairly responsible needs to do it.

Today I watched and was inspired by Former President, Barack Obama. He Rocked It in Florida while stumping for his Former Vice President and Close Friend, Joe Biden.  It made me long for those bygone days when Barack and Joe were in the White House and decency seemed to be the something that was expected and delivered by the Obama Administration.

Friendship is something that is Foreign to Donald Trump.

Joe Biden has friends like Barack Obama.

Donald Trump has friends like Jeffrey Epstein, one of the most flagrantly perverted individuals who ever prowled the Mar A Lago Resort and Palm Beach, Florida.

Or at least Trump HAD been friends with Jeffrey Epstein for about 15 years during the 80's and 90's.  Although you wouldn't know it from Trump's  recent comments when asked about Jeffrey Epstein.

"I'm not a fan.  That I can tell you," was Donald Trump's reaction to his former friend when asked about Jeffrey Epstein recently.

I can't blame Mister Trump for running away from discussing his Friendship with Jeffrey Epstein back in the day.

One clue as to how Donald Trump really was connected for years to the convicted Serial Pedophile, Jeffrey Epstein was how Trump Reacted when a New York Post Reporter asked him about Ghislaine Maxwell at a recent White House Coronavirus briefing.  Maxwell was Epstein's Former Girl Friend and Alleged Pimp for Underaged Girls.  Maxwell had recently been arrested in New Hampshire where she had dropped out of site following Jeffrey Epstein's arrest on sex trafficking charges and the extremely mysterious supposed Epstein suicide in his holding cell in a Federal Prison in New York City.

When asked about Maxwell's arrest President Trump said the following:

"I haven't really been following it too much," Trump said, adding "I just wish her well, Frankly.

Certainly this was an extremely odd comment for the President who still leads "Lock Her Up" chants during his Superspreader Rallys when he mentions Hillary Clinton's name.  He also has nothing good or encouraging to say about Nancy Pelosi, Governor Whitmer or almost any other woman outside of his family.  So why in the hell is he wishing an arrested and accused pimp for underaged girls well.

Although Trump's recent story is that he hardly knew Ghislaine Maxwell, Donald Trump knew her very well.  There are pictures of Maxwell and Trump together all over the internet.  The pictures almost make it look as though Maxwell was Trump's Former Girlfriend, rather than Epstein's.

Following her arrest Ghislaine Maxwell pleaded Not Guilty to charges of Perjury, Enticement of Minors and Sex Trafficking of Children.

There are also other connections and coincidences between Trump and Epstein and Maxwell.

Both Trump and Epstein were combination New Yorkers and Palm Beachers.

Both were rich and had connections in high places.  Allegedly Trump was introduced to Jeffrey Epstein through Ghislaine Maxwell.  Ken Starr and Alan Dershowitz represented both Jeffrey Epstein during his countless charges of sex trafficking of underage girls and later on Donald Trump during his sham Impeachment Trial in the Senate.  Although Trump initially claimed that Epstein was never a member of Trump's Mar A Lago Club, Club records proved that Epstein was a dues paying member of the Mar A Lago Club for several years. Reportedly Epstein introduced Donald to Melania.  Trump's name and phone number was found in Epstein's book of contacts.  Trump's name was also on Epstein's private plane flight logs dating back to 1997.

Certainly Trump has completely changed his tune about Epstein as evidenced by a 2002 New York Magazine Interview in which Trump said the following about Jeffrey Epstein:

"Terrific Guy, He's a lot of fun to be with.  It is even said that he likes beautiful women as much as I do, And many of them are on the younger side.  No doubt About it - Jeffrey enjoys his social life."

Yes, a lot of them were on the younger side, the Jail Bait Side, The Pedophile Side.

Trump would like us to believe that he knew nothing about Jeffrey Epstein's sexual "Massage" Encounters with countless underaged girls.  Considering that these 2 men were close friends for over 15 years that is just not believable.  It strains credibility to think that while Epstein was paying underage girls for "Massages" daily for years that it would escape the knowledge of his Running Buddy, Donald Trump.

Just the fact that these two men were close friends for a long time is disturbing enough.  Could it be possible that it was even worse than that.

Yes, It could.

When I was reading Ronan Farrow's book, "Catch and Kill" I came across a story that completely blew my mind when I read it.  It concerned a woman who initiated two lawsuits in 2016 against Donald Trump.  The woman claimed that in 1994 when she was 13 years old she attended a party at Jeffrey Epstein's home where she was tied to a bed and raped by Donald Trump.  In the course of the alleged sexual assault she also claimed that she was also beaten by Trump.  She also claimed that her life and the lives of her family were threatened by Trump if she ever told anybody about what happened.  To add insult to injury, following Trump's rape in which she she lost her virginity she claimed that she was also raped by Jeffrey Epstein.

The woman's lawsuit which was first brought in California was dismissed by a Judge who claimed that in the paperwork she filed she had used a false address.  There apparently were other problems with the paperwork and the lawsuit was dismissed with the young woman liable for court costs which she claimed that she was unable to pay.  The woman who filed the lawsuit without having an attorney in California was identified in the lawsuit as Katie Johnson.  Later on, this same woman, this time identified in court papers as Jane Doe refiled the lawsuit against Donald Trump in New York with the aid of Women's Rights Attorney, Lisa Bloom.  Jane Doe had been scheduled to have a News Conference with Lisa Bloom but backed out at the last minute according to Bloom due to what she considered to be serious threats on Jane Doe's life.

Following these disturbing lawsuit claims Katie Johnson-Jane Doe disappeared and has not been heard from again.

Since the New York Lawsuit never really saw the light of day the allegations of Katie Johnson-Jane Doe were not resolved in a court of law.

Certainly there are some serious questions that need to be asked about this whole situation. Some of those questions are the following:

Did Donald Trump know that his friend Jeffrey Epstein was sexually assaulting young girls almost daily in Palm Beach and in New York?

Did Donald Trump rape a 13 year old girl at a Jeffrey Epstein party in 1994?

What were the true circumstances of Jeffrey Epstein's death inside a Federal Prison in New York City?  Was it suicide or something more sinister?

Why did Donald Trump immediately initiate tweets after Epstein's death suggesting that Bill Clinton might have had something to do with Epstein's death when it was Donald Trump who had control over Federal Prison system, not Bill Clinton.

Did Jeffrey Epstein's death benefit Donald Trump by closing the book on what Epstein might have been capable of revealing about Donald Trump?

Also What can Ghislaine Maxwell reveal about her relationship to Donald Trump and Trump's relationship with Jeffrey Epstein?  Also Federal Authorities who didn't do a good job protecting Jeffrey Epstein need to put a video camera trained on Maxwell's cell just in case strange things start happening again.

Certainly we will probably never know the full extent of Donald Trump's Strange and Terrible Relationship with Jeffrey Epstein and whether they in fact double teamed a 13 year old girl in Manhattan in 1994.  Certainly Jeffrey Epstein will not be revealing any facts about the incident.  In addition, Katie Johnson, also known as Jane Doe, is nowhere to be found to be able to tell her side of the story.  We can only hope that she is still alive and has not fallen victim to further treachery.

It has often been said recently that there is no bottom to the behavior and legacy of Donald Trump.  That may be true the but if this incident regarding the rape of Katie Johnson is true this has to be very close to the bottom of the tale of Donald Trump.

There is a song written by Canadian Folksinger and Songwriter, Bruce Cockburn That I would like to end this Episode with.  The song is "Call It Democracy." It was written and recorded many years ago by Bruce Cockburn but I believe it could have been written today and is relevant about Donald Trump and many other leaders who do not care about, let alone respect, the people they represent.  I apologize to Bruce Cockburn for using his song without his permission but I would ask him to realize how relevant his song really is to the present political situation in the United States of America.

Call It Democracy

 by

Bruce Cockburn

Padded with Power here they come

International Loan Sharks backed by the guns

Of Market Hungry Military Profiteers

Whose word is a Swamp and whose brow is Smeared

With The Blood of the Poor

Who Rob Life of its Quality

Who render rage a necessity

by turning countries into labor camps

Modern Slavers in drag as champions of Freedom

Sinister cynical instrument

Who makes the gun into a sacrament

The only response to Deification

Of Tyranny by so called "developed" nations

Idolatry of Ideology

North South East West

Kill the best and buy the rest

It's just spend a buck to make a buck

You don't really give a flying fuck

About the people in Misery

See the paid off local bottom feeders

Passing themselves off as leaders

Kiss the ladies shake hands with the fellas

Then its open for business

Like a cheap bordello

See the loaded eyes of the children too

Trying to make the best of it the way kids do

One day you're going to rise from your habitual feast

To find yourself staring down the throat of the beast

They call the Revolution

IMF dirty MF

Takes away everything it can get

Always making certain that there's one thing left

Keep them on the hook for insupportable death

And they Call it Democracy

And they Call it Democracy

And They Call it Democracy

And They Call it Democracy

Extraordinary Political Television

Monday October 19th, 2020

My Dear America:

To say the least, last Thursday's Dueling Town Halls by Joe Biden and Donald Trump were interesting but disappointing, at least with regard to Donald Trump.

Joe Biden actually looked and sounded very Presidential during his Town Hall broadcast on the ABC Network from the Constitution Center in Philadelphia.  Joe answered all questions carefully and sensibly and even stayed after the cameras were shut off to answer those questions from audience members who had not had a chance to ask their questions during the broadcast.

Donald Trump, on the other hand, looked and sounded like someone who had recently escaped from a mental institution during his excellent grilling by Savannah Guthrie on NBC.  Trump's rambling statements were angry and sometimes inappropriate, such as his whining about Guthrie asking him some tough questions and challenging his answers as If she had no right to question King Donald in any way shape or form. Savannah Guthrie did a good job.  Donald Trump did not.

Looking back on those Town Halls it seems clear what Joe Biden got out of his.  He had a chance to make his case to the American People uninterrupted and unencumbered by Donald Trump's presence.  It was a far cry from the First Presidential Debate in which Biden was mostly prevented from clearly defining his message to the American People by Trump's constant obnoxious interruptions and Trump's overall extremely inappropriate behavior.

Once again Donald Trump's belligerent Attitude and Behavior seemed to do him more harm than good during the Town Hall.  Some viewers might even have  gotten the impression that Donald Trump was deliberately trying to sabotage his campaign because he doesn't want to win another term as President.  I certainly don't subscribe to that theory.  I think Trump wants to win very badly but is running out of ideas and opportunities to make that happen.

I have to give Trump some credit, however, for simply showing up to the Town Hall so soon after his experience with the Coronavirus that had put him in Walter Reed Hospital for a brief period.

Although Thursday had originally been scheduled as a Presidential Debate Night the representatives of the Presidential Debate Commission had determined that it was not safe for Donald Trump and Joe Biden to meet in person.  Instead they determined that the debate should take place virtually instead of in person.  Trump did not like that idea and apparently wanted to continue with an in person debate probably hoping to pass on the Coronavirus to the Former Vice President. When it became obvious that Trump refused to debate virtually The Presidential Debate Commission canceled last Thursday's debate completely.

ABC then offered Joe Biden the opportunity to participate in a Town Hall since that was the format that had originally been agreed upon for the canceled Debate. Not to be outdone NBC offered Donald Trump the opportunity to also participate in a Town Hall last Thursday at the same time slot as Biden and Trump seized upon the opportunity to participate in the Town Hall on NBC.

More people watched Biden than Trump according to ratings but some people probably did what I did, which was to tape Trump's Town Hall and watch it later.

In fact, I watched Trump's disturbing Town Hall performance yesterday (Sunday) just before I watched a couple of other very interesting Political Programs that were broadcast last night on CNN and MSNBC.

At 9:00 PM on Sunday night CNN presented a truly extraordinary television production that was unlike any TV production that I had ever seen.  The program was hosted by Jake Tapper and featured stories and interviews with a number of individuals who had worked in and had been significant figures in the Trump Administration.  To a man and woman the guests on Jake Tapper's special indicated that they were on the program to attest to the fact that they all felt strongly that Donald Trump was not fit to be President of the United States. Although not every one of the former officials was willing to straight out endorse Joe Biden they made it clear that none of them were endorsing Donald Trump.  The show was powerful television which unashamedly delivered a gut punch to the Trump Campaign.

Following the Jake Tapper Special on CNN I watched another extremely powerful program on MSNBC at 10:00 PM.  The program was called "The Way I See It" and it was really a movie that was made about Pete Sousa who was the White House Photographer during both the Reagan and Obama Administrations.

Pete Sousa was prominently featured during the program giving lectures featuring his uniquely moving photos that he took mainly during the Obama Administration.  Sousa makes it clear during the movie that he truly admired Barack Obama and it is hard to watch this film without admiring Obama along with Sousa.  Certainly Sousa's photos of Obama playing with his children and spending time with other peoples children as well along with Sousa's commentary show a man with a great amount of love and empathy for children.  The photos of Obama and the parents of children killed at Sandy Hook Elementary School are extremely powerful and heartbreaking.  Clearly Obama can be seen in the photos as a parent as well as a President and a man full of concern and empathy for what he realizes those parents are going through.

The film also points out that Pete Sousa is now a potent force on social media platforms where he continues to put his photos from the Obama Administration online with comments from Sousa which are bound to irritate and anger Donald Trump.

This film and the portrait it paints of President Barack Obama shows the viewer just how incredible the stark contrast is between Former President Obama and our current President Donald Trump.  These two men could not be more different from one another.  It certainly made me feel nostalgic for the good old days of the Obama Administration and made me feel even more motivated to vote for Barack Obama's Former Vice President, Joe Biden in the upcoming Presidential Election.

Quite Frankly, the sooner we see the end of the Trump Administration the better.  If the Trump Administration is allowed to continue after the disturbing Election Suppression Efforts and the nearly complete corruption of our American Government Agencies by Donald Trump we may have a difficult time returning to a Normal Democracy in America.

Time is clearly running out for Americans to save their Democracy from further destruction by Donald Trump and his Outrageously Corrupt Administration.

Sincerely Yours

Jerry Gallagher

Still Crazy After All These Fears

Tuesday, October 13th, 2020

My Dear America:

There is clearly something wrong with Donald Trump.  I think that even the most ardent Trump Admirer would have to honestly admit that there is something really off about this guy.  Something Way Off.

In a world where judgement of American Presidents on the whole has been rather harsh and limiting it seems as though with Donald Trump the standards of Presidential conduct have completely gone out the window.

In elections previous to that of Donald Trump we have seen some very strong candidates have their elections upended by some seemingly rather minor details.

For Example:

In the 1988 Election Democratic Candidate, Gary Hart was far outpacing his Democratic rivals in the runup to the election when the married candidate was revealed by reporters to be having an extramarital affair.  After that revelation the "Front Runner" became an "Also Ran"

in the 2004 Primary Season Howard Dean, who had seemed to be the strongest Democratic Candidate for President at the beginning of the Presidential race had a moment of extreme frustration after losing the Iowa Caucuses to John Kerry.  Dean was recorded and televised yelling loudly the names of states that he planned to win as the race continued ending with what sounded like an unhinged Tarzan type  scream.  After this incident Dean's campaign sank like a stone and never recovered the momentum it had begun with.

In the runup to the 2012 Presidential Campaign Texas Governor Rick Perry had a momentary lapse of memory during a debate with his Republican Presidential Rivals in which he stated that there were three Agencies of Government that he planned to eliminate.  He stated that he wanted to eliminate the Department of Commerce, The Department of Education and he couldn't think of the name of the Third Agency that he wanted to eliminate. The Third Agency turned out to be The Department of Energy. Oddly enough Perry ended up being appointed Director of the Department of Energy in the Trump Administration.

Somehow the high standards that other Presidential Candidates have been held to for as many years as I remember have not been in operation during Donald Trump's foray into politics.

Donald Trump bullied and badgered his way to the head of the Republican Pack of Republican Presidential Prospects in 2016.  After a Presidential Campaign which included Trump paying off a Porn Star and Playboy Bunny through his Lawyer/Fixer, Michael Cohen (Something that Cohen went to jail for), videotaped revelations of his bragging about grabbing Women by the pussy, Trump asking the Russians to release Hillary Clintons E Mails and Wikkileaks complying with this request, Donald Trump was still elected through the outmoded Electoral College system which ignored the over three million more votes cast for Hillary Clinton in the 2016 election.

Throughout the four years of Trump's increasingly flawed Presidency his conduct has continued to deteriorate to the point whereby in the last days of his Presidency he has openly and flagrantly made it clear that he is willing to do anything and everything possible to steal another Presidential Election, including deliberately trying to ruin the American Postal System.

During Trump's Impeachment by the House of Representatives and the Sham Senate trial following his Impeachment, Congressional Republicans ignored the reality of what Trump had done and only one Republican, Mitt Romney, had the courage to vote to convict Donald Trump for one of the two charges against him.  All of the other Republican Congressional Representatives and Senators refused to call Donald Trump to account for his blatant disregard for the security of the United States and the norms of National and International conduct that all Americans have a right to expect from their President and their Government.

The result of the Republicans failing to call Trump to account for his "High Crimes and Misdemeanors" was that he was further emboldened to think that he could do anything he wanted after his Senate Acquital and he has acted accordingly.

Donald Trump was Impeached for serious violations of National Security concerns. He has also been guilty of many other violations of ethical and sensible conduct in his Administration, So many, in fact, that it would take far more time than I have to list all of his violations of rules, norms and laws during his Administration.

One of the most consequential shattering of norms was his shameful and selfish ignoring of the reality regarding the Coronavirus which has left more than 200 thousand dead Americans in order for him to claim that there was nothing to worry about in America during the Pandemic.  He is responsible for killing many of his followers, who followed his lead and refused to wear masks or socially distance from others.  Trump is probably still killing many of his followers as he continues to hold packed rallies even after getting Covid  19 himself.

Although Polls still predict that Joe Biden is beating Donald Trump overall in the runup to the Election I find it difficult to simply accept the polls.  It is impossible to forget that in 2016 the polls also predicted that Hillary Clinton would easily win the Presidency.  She did win more votes than Trump but sadly She didn't in the end win the Presidency.  And the rest, as they say is History, a very sad History, at that.

Now is clearly not a time that we can be complacent.  Certainly all of Donald Trumps followers who have followed him to his Death Rallies will certainly show up at the polls or send in their mail in ballots.

Biden Supporters should not pay a lot of attention to polls that may be undercounting Trump voters by a wide margin.  Certainly we should not accept the fact that all Trump voters are admitting to pollsters their allegiance to Trump. After all, if we were Trump Voters would we brag about it to pollsters.  I have also noticed just in the last couple of weeks more and more Trump signs popping up in my Pennsylvania Community, which is known to be a largely Democratic stronghold in Pennsylvania

I talked recently with one of my daughters about our birthdays, which are days away from each other in October.  She asked me how old I would be this past October 8th and I told her 78.  "Wow, you're that old," she said.  "You must have seen a lot in your lifetime." I admitted that I had.  She then asked me a very interesting question.  "What was the most frightening time you lived through," she asked.

I have given a lot of thought to that question since it was asked by my daughter.

Yes, I have lived through a lot in my lifetime.  I lived through World War II but I was too young to know what was going on.  I was equally as unaware of what was gong on during the Korean War.  During the early 60's I was aware of the frightening Cuban Missile Crisis and the Vietnam War and like all Americans my age I lived through the horrible Assassination of President John F. Kennedy and his Funeral. I also lived through the Assassination of Lee Harvey Oswald, Kennedy's suspected killer.  I lived  through Watergate and the eventual Resignation of Richard Nixon, I also lived through the Iranian Hostage Crisis during the Carter and Reagan years, The Iran-Contra Scandal, 9/11, The Afghanistan, Iraq War, Whitewater, The Monica Lewinsky Scandal and many other frightening times in my life.

I had to admit to my daughter, however, that nothing I had ever lived through was as frightening as living through what is happening today.  Although the Watergate Scandal was a terrible political period in which President Richard Nixon was guilty of serious crimes, none of his crimes amounted to Treason.

Donald Trump has been shown to be over and over a man with obvious ties to Russia and Vladimir Putin.  The United States has been living with a Russian Asset residing in the American White House for the past four years.  Trump has proved time after time that he is corrupt and that his corruption has serious ties to Russia and Vladimir Putin.

What i have told my daughter in answer to her question about what is the scariest time I have lived through is that NOW is the most frightening time of my life.  Although I and We have lived through many difficult times before Donald Trump I have never worried that the next election could amount to the end of Democracy in America.

In this upcoming election if Donald Trump Wins we have already seen what our future will be.  Even up to now Trump has shown himself to be someone who already sees himself as a member of the Dictators Club.

If Donald Trump is Re Elected to the Presidency of The United States Of America on November 3rd he may then be a charter member of the Dictators Club and United States Citizens may find out that the unthinkable has happened right before our eyes.

It is imperative that those of us who love Liberty and Democracy need to vote in the upcoming election.  Whether we are Republicans Or Democrats we all love our country and we owe it to our country to save it from what Donald Trump will continue to do to it.

We also need to remember when we are voting for Congressional Representatives and Senators who among them voted to unleash Donald Trump to run rampant over our Country and Constitution.  Those gutless Republicans who have enabled Trump need to pay the price for their support for unleashing the madness of Donald Trump on the American People.

November 3rd needs to be a serious day of reckoning for the Republican Party.

Sincerely Yours

Jerry Gallagher

Donald Trump - One For The Books

 Friday, October 9th 2020

My Dear America:

In addition to writing about Donald Trump over the past nearly four years I have also spent a good deal of time and money reading books about Donald Trump, in addition to reading newspapers, magazines and watching endless television coverage of The Donald.  I have also been checking out Podcasts such as "Rumble" with Michael Moore, which I would recommend highly and I must admit inspired me to start my own Podcast.

Although most of what I have read and seen about Donald Trump is negative and scandalous almost beyond belief, it still seems as though nearly a third of the American population continues to stand by a man with seemingly few, if any, positive characteristics.  It is a continuing mystery to me as to why so many people admire a man who clearly doesn't give a damn about them and cares only about himself. What is it that fascinates so many people about Donald Trump?

I think the answer to that question is that Trump has always had a talent for Self Promotion and Public Relations.  He is one of the greatest Bullshit Artists of All Time and it has served him well over the past 3 Plus years as he has successfully pulled the wool over the eyes of Americans of all stripes who, despite his faults, still love the guy

Some of the books I have read and would recommend reading about Trump include the following:

"Fire and Fury" by Michael Woolf

"Fear"  and "Rage" by Bob Woodward

"The Room Where It Happened" by John Bolton

"Too Much And Never Enough" by Mary Trump

"Disloyal" by Michael Cohen

In this posting (Episode) I will try to talk about some of what I have learned by reading all of these books about our current, but hopefully not our future, President.

First of all let us not forget that in addition to his being President of the United States and Leader Of The Free World Donald Trump is also an Author himself of many books including the following:

The Art Of The Deal

The America We Deserve

Think Big

Trump: Never Give Up: How I turned My Biggest Challenges Into Success

Crippled America

Trump: How To Get Rich

Trump: The Art Of The Comeback

Trump: Think Like A Billionaire: Everything You Need To Know About Success,    Real Estate And Life

Think Like A Champion: An Informal Education In Business And Life

Trump 101: The Way To Success

Why We Want You To Be Rich

Trump: The Best Real Estate Advice I Ever Received

WOW. You would think that having written so many books that Donald Trump would be too exhausted to run for President.  And what a smart guy to be able to write so many books.

Well hold on a minute.  Donald Trump not only didn't write all of these books.  He probably never even read this many books.  Anyone who watches as much cable news as I do knows full well that Donald Trump had Ghost Writers or Co Authors on all of his books and all of those Ghost and Co Writers that I have seen commenting on the experience of working with Donald Trump seem to hate him, or at the very least dislike him.  I have yet to hear one of them praise the experience of working with Donald Trump on one of his books.

The truth is, though, that all of "his" books have made it look as though Donald Trump was not only a Real Estate Guru but a Life Guru, as well.  Now it appears as though many Americans also see Donald Trump as a Political Guru.

Certainly one can give Americans a pass who have watched "The Apprentice" for many seasons, maybe read or at least heard of "The Art of the Deal" and watched Donald Trump Character Assassinate nearly all of his Republican Opponents during the Primary Season of 2016.  Then he went on and Character Assassinated Hillary Clinton, certainly one of the most qualified Candidates that ever ran for President of the United States.  He continues the Character Assassination of Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama to this day.  These days he has also added Joe Biden and Kamala Harris to his Character Assassination list.

Certainly we can appreciate the fact that some people were fooled by this ballsy Politician who bragged about not being a Politician at all but who beat all of the other Politicians at their own game and had a swagger and an apparent truthfulness that many found refreshing.

It is certainly understandable that some voters who had for voted Barack Obama in 2008 and 2012 might vote for Trump, the truthteller.

But now we are in 2020 and it is no longer acceptable to call Donald Trump a truthteller.  He lies constantly about everything.  It is almost an accident if he ever tells the truth.  He lied to us about Covid 19.  He said it wasn't so bad when he knew very wellhow bad it was.  He is lying to us about mail in ballots because he doesn't want us to use them to kick him out of office.  He doesn't want to lose the Presidency to Joe Biden because Biden and Harris have made it clear that if they are elected Donald Trump will be called to account for what he has done to destroy America.

The books about Trump that I have read lay it out clearly.  Donald Trump is, whether he knows it or not, a Russian Asset and he is clearly a wannabe Dictator, who wants to be President for life just like Vladimir Putin has set himself up to be leader for life in his country.  Trump loves Dictators like Erdogan in Turkey, Kim Jong Un in North Korea, President Xi in China and Muhammed bin Salman in Saudi Arabia. Trump has long been an admirer of Adolph Hitler and Saddam Hussein.  He brought Nazi's and White Supremacists into the White House, including Steve Bannon and Steven Miller.  Bannon was reportedly an important source for the book "Fire and Fury" and was fired by Trump shortly after the book came out.

"Fear", the first Trump book by Bob Woodward continued the story of chaos and confusion in the White House as it ripped back the curtain showing a staggering level of ignorance and bungling at all levels in the Trump Administration.  Trump was so incensed by Woodward's negative portrayal of the Trump White House that he begged Woodward to give Trump another shot at presenting himself in a new and positive light.

Woodward took Trump up on his offer and the result is a book called "Rage" which I am reading presently. CBS, MSNBC, CNN have all featured interviews with Bob Woodward and also featured taped conversations between Bob Woodward and Donald Trump showing, among other things, that while Donald Trump was downplaying the "China Virus" Covid 19 in his public statements he was telling Bob Woodward how dangerous and deadly the virus was going to be in January of 2020.  It is clear in the tape released by Woodward that Donald Trump knew full well how terrible the Coronavirus was going to be.  Trump now claims that he did not tell anybody how bad Covid 19 was going to be because he didn't want to panic Americans.  That makes no sense at all because throughout the Trump Administration he has been panicking Americans daily.  "The Caravans" and "Children in Cages at the Border" were clearly meant to shock and panic Americans.

In addition to "Rage" other books that I have read recently include "The Room Where It Happened" by John Bolton, an interesting but certainly Self Serving tale by Bolton, who in many ways was worse than Trump.  That is evidenced by the fact that Bolton was largely responsible for Trump pulling out of the Iran Nuclear Deal and the Paris Climate Accord, two incredibly bad Trump decisions.

Another really interesting an illuminating book I have read recently is "Too Much And Never Enough" by Mary Trump, Donald Trump's Psychologist Niece, who paints a disturbingly familiar portrait of Uncle Donald, who Surprise, Surprise, not only shafted Mary and her brother out of a considerable amount of money but also attempted to shaft his siblings out of their share of Trump's Father, Fred Trump's fortune when he died. Only the fact of Trump's Judge Sister figuring out the shaft before Donald pulled it off prevented Donald from doing to his siblings what they all ended up doing to their Dead Brother's children.  What a warm fuzzy family.

Mary presents a stark portrait of Donald Trump as a man who cares nothing about anyone other than himself, completely devoid of empathy for others.  She clearly answers the question of whether Donald is a Racist.  Yes, says Mary Trump, Donald is a Racist just like his Father and her Grandfather, Fred Trump, was a Racist.

And then there is "Disloyal" by Donald Trump's long time Lawyer and Fixer, Michael Cohen, who Trump and his Attorney General tried to keep quiet  and in jail but who was released from jail by a Judge who spotted the obvious corruption in the Justice Department's outrageous demands on Michael Cohen.  That book, like Mary Trump's book is a powerful blast of truth blowing monstrous holes in the Legend of Donald Trump.  Although Mary's book is powerful, Cohen's book is even more revealing not only about Cohen but about the terrible truth about Donald Trump.  Both Mary Trump's book and Michael Cohen's books are well written and highly readable.

I have a couple of other books about Trump Cued up at the present time including the following:

"Compromised" by Peter Strzok

"Dark Towers" (About Donald Trump and Duetsche Bank) by David Enrich

"Undaunted" by former CIA Director, John Brennan

I probably won't be able to read all of these books before the election but I am going to try to get through as much as I can.

In addition to these books I have mentioned there are a whole slew of other books about Donald Trump out there.  Many of them are books of praise about Trump in the form of hero worship like that of Fox News.  I will try to list some other books about Trump that I am aware of that are more truthful than praise full.

"Hoax" by Brian Stetler

"A Very Stable Genius" by Phil Rucker and Carol Leonig

"Donald Trump Vs. The United States" by Michael Schmid

"Melania And Me" by Stephanie Winston

"A Higher Loyalty" by James Comey

In addition to these books that I have mentioned I would also like to add my book to the recommended Collection:

"Donald Trump And The Death Of Democracy 2020" by Jerry Gallagher

My book is made up of Blog postings that I have been writing about Donald Trump since 2015 prior to his election and many postings about what he has been doing throughout the 3 plus years of his Corrupt Administration.

Before the November 3rd, 2020 Election my book will be available for FREE on Several E Book Platforms at Smashwords.com

My book will also be available for Purchase on Amazon.com for for a Large Print Paperback Copy for $6.04 and a Kindle E Book version for 99 Cents.

I realize that time is running out to read all of these books but as they say on Television "The More You Read The More You Know."

Time is running out for Americans to get up to speed on what kind of people are running for President.

For me the choice is simple.

One Candidate is a Self Serving bankrupted businessman who played a successful businessman on television while failing miserably in real business ventures.  He has also failed miserably as a President.

The other Candidate has been tested as a Senator and as a Vice President and has passed the test with flying colors.  He is also an optimistic cheerleader for America and has been widely praised for working across the aisle with Republicans all of his Political Life

For Me the choice is simple.  I hope it is also simple for you.

Sincerely Yours

Jerry Gallagher
