My Dear America:

"Hey Mama, We're All Crazy Now" was the name of a Hit Heavy Metal Song that was popular back in the day when we still had a Democracy in America and we still had Leaders who weren't "Crazy".

It is a song that all of us should be singing these days.

After all of Donald Trump's weird insistence that the outrageously high tariffs were permanent and Non Negotiable and after tanking the Stock Market Guess what.

There is a "Pause" in the tariffs.  They are now down to 10 Percent for nearly every country except for China who will get over a hundred and Forty Five percent tariffs. 

And what is the reaction by most of the Republican Party.

"Jeez, Donald Trump is such a genius".

Good God, what in the hell is wrong with these people.  

Donald Trump is playing with the World economy like it is his personal toy and you Republicans are OK with that.

I just don't get it. I really don't.

What is it going to take before you Republicans wake up to the fact that you Re elected a man who did a terrible job the first time around and now you rewarded him last last November with another four year term as President of the United States.

This is crazy.

And speaking of Crazy how about What is happening with Trump Mistakenly Sending Kilmer Armando Abrego Garcia to a Salvadoran Prison and refusing to get him back home to Maryland where he belongs with his Wife and 2 children where he was living legally and working legally as a sheet metal apprentice.

I know that Donald Trump will never admit that he is wrong or that he made a mistake.  

But he did make a mistake in this case and instead of trying to fix it he is doubling down and is getting Supreme Court Cover in a reckless move that is even more heartless than his first term separation of children from their parents. 

These first Few Months should have shown us that Donald Trump is a man who has way exceeded the Peter Principle and is way out of his depth being back in the White House with only Syncophants in his Administration who will not do what those few brave individuals did during his first term and tell him 

"No President Trump.  You can't screw around with the world like this, changing your Tariff policy day by Day and locking up innocent people in prisons all over the world isn't right.  

It is unfortunate that we are stuck with the worst President of Modern times but I think there may be signs of hope on the horizon.  

We can look with favor and with Pride at the outstanding recent 25 hour tour de force by Senator Cory Booker in the United States Senate.

We can also be Encouraged by the many protests we have seen conducted all over the country advising Donald Trump that he is seriously out of step with the vast majority of Americans.

I wish that President Trump would stop pushing us off a cliff every day he is in office.

I know that President Trump admires Strongmen Dictators but I wish he would give some thought as to how many of these Strongmen have ended their sick careers when their time was up.

Cases in point: Saddam Hussein, Adolph Hitler, Benito Mussolini, Mummar Khadafi.

Maybe it might be a good idea for Donald Trump to Get the hell out of the Presidency while the getting is good. 

But then we would be stuck with JD Vance and nobody wants that.  

I guess we'll just have to live in Crazytown for a little while longer.
